The owner requested a complete redesign and modernation of the public spaces in the existing residence to complement entertaining. The kitchen and dining rooms were flipped and the dining room was opened to the living room. A stainless steel bank of equipment enables the kitchen to visually open to the rear. Features include sliding panels of rift oak, new fireplace casework with built-in flat screen, walnut and limestone floors, a large pocket sliding door that opens the living to the front court, soffits for indirect lighting , home theatre system and sound control.
