66,000 SF on a mid block m-zone property. The building will be constructed
using tilt-up concrete panels for non bearing exterior walls surrounding
a metal frame. Patterns within the tilt-up walls will provide textural
variety to reduce the scale of the building. The facility includes full
security, surveillance and is digitally smart. The building is surrounded
by surface parking, and to ground level storage units. The site plan includes
drought tolerant landscaping design and current drainage and percolation
requirements.
